Bringing Your Brand to Life

  • Apparel Production

    Develop T-shirts, polo shirts, hoodies and other knit garments around your brand’s requirements. Materials, specifications and quantities are discussed individually for each project.

  • Printing & Embroidery

    Give your garments a distinctive identity through printing and embroidery. We help coordinate the details of your design with our manufacturer’s high quality production capabilities.

Manufacturing Capabilities

Knit Apparel Production

Manufacturing capabilities include T-shirts, polo shirts, zip hoodies and pullover hoodies. The facility operates five sewing lines with 100 machines, supported by specialist equipment for elastic attachment, buttons, buttonholes and bartacking.

In-House Fabric Knitting

On-site knitting facilities have a stated capacity of 3,000 kg of fabric per day. Fabric knitting is handled internally, while dyeing and finishing are carried out through external providers before garment production.

Printing & Embroidery

In-house printing capabilities include heat-transfer label printing, high-density printing and placement printing. Embroidery facilities comprise three machines with 20 heads each.

Quality Control

Production checks include comparison against an approved sealed sample, in-line stitching inspections and individual garment checks after trimming. Final random inspections take place before dispatch. The manufacturer also welcomes independent quality inspectors appointed by clients.

Finishing & Packing

Following garment checks, approved pieces are ironed and packed for distribution. Project-specific presentation and packing requirements can be discussed during the quotation process.
